Larry Dennis Morez, 70, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 26 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Chicago, Ill., he was an artist and veteran of the Vietnam War. Private service. Survived by a brother, Nick (Ida) Mousouris of Boulder, Colo.; and one nephew. Arrangements by A Hui Hou Crematory & Funeral Home of West Hawaii.

Matthew Floyd Pacheco, 68, of Hilo died Feb. 24 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a heavy equipment operator for Operators Engineer Local Union 3 and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Graveside service noon Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2. Casual attire. Lillian Miulan Hose, 83, of Kaneohe, Oahu, died Feb. 21 at Castle Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker. Maria Yago Corpuz, 78, of Hilo died Feb. 9 at Hospice, Hilo Medical Center. Born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was a retired housekeeper for Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Novena Puainako Group.
